About Us
Retro Rifle is a 5-year-old DTC apparel brand that has grown extremely fast by building a loyal customer base, moving quickly on creative, and running high-velocity product drops. We’re past the early startup chaos and are now scaling with intention.
We currently spend ~$200k/month on paid ads and are bringing Meta fully in-house. This role is fractional to start and designed for a senior, hands-on operator who wants real ownership — not agency-style management.
About the Role
You will own Meta end-to-end:
- Account structure
- Creative testing strategy
- Budget allocation
- Scaling and kill decisions
- Performance accountability
This is not a strategy-only role. You’ll be in Ads Manager making real calls.
What You’ll Do
- Own Meta performance for a fast-moving DTC apparel brand
- Design and run weekly creative tests (angles, hooks, formats)
- Scale spend responsibly while protecting efficiency
- Work directly with the founder — no layers, no decks
- Collaborate with our internal creative team (you don’t film or edit)
What We’re Looking For
- Personally managed $125k–$200k+/month in Meta spend
- DTC ecommerce experience (no lead gen, no info products)
- Can clearly explain why ads worked or failed
- Comfortable being accountable for results
- Senior enough to operate independently
Structure & Comp
- Fractional to start: ~8–12 hrs/week
- $5k/month ($60k/year run rate)
- Opportunity to expand scope or convert to full-time if it’s a strong fit
