About Us
We build software that helps CPA firms automate and manage employee benefit plan audits from start to finish. Our platform streamlines the audit workflow, reduces manual work, and helps firms turn a traditionally unprofitable service into a profit center.
We're expecting to do between $5 - $10MM ARR this year, with a customer NPS of +63.
About the Work
Our marketing today runs almost entirely on referrals and word of mouth, and we're heading into our busiest selling season with no dedicated marketing resource. We're looking for a Fractional Marketing Lead who can create and own a repeatable marketing motion for us.
Specifically, you'll:
- Build and manage our lifecycle marketing motion in HubSpot, starting with re-engaging a backlog of untouched leads
- Drive demand gen through outbound campaigns targeting a well-defined market of ~3,000 CPA firms
- Help plan and execute our event and conference presence, including pre- and post-event outreach, as well as virtual webinars
- Develop any necessary marketing collateral, either yourself or in conjunction with a design resource
- Own campaign reporting and attribution, tracking key metrics from MQL to SQL through to closed revenue
- Work most closely with our Head of Sales, and RevOps consultant
About You
You MUST have:
- Owned B2B marketing for other early and growth-stage SaaS startups, ideally as the sole or first marketer
- Strong lifecycle marketing expertise - segmenting, nurturing, re-engagement, etc.
- Strong demand gen and/or ABM expertise - building pipeline through both broad outbound campaigns and targeted account lists
- Supported event marketing efforts, in-person conferences, and virtual webinars
- Plenty of Hubspot experience
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience marketing to accounting firms or other professional services businesses
- Used tools like Clay.com and SmartLead
