Who We Are
Radiant Digital is the leading digital marketing partner for faith-based organizations. We exist to authentically connect people of faith with the ministries, brands, and organizations that matter to them — and we do it with a combination of purpose-driven storytelling and a first-party data advantage no one else has.
We're a results-driven marketing partner that launches and scales performance marketing campaigns for churches, nonprofits, Christian publishers, higher education institutions, and faith-first brands. We chase our clients' goals like they're our own — and we're looking for a contractor who does the same.
The Opportunity
We're bringing on a Fractional Senior Growth Marketing Manager to work collaboratively with our internal team on paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. This isn't a "set it and forget it" execution role — we want a seasoned strategist who has been in the trenches, knows what works, and isn't afraid to bring bold ideas to the table.
This is a part-time contract position at 10–20 hours per week, with real potential to grow.
What You'll Do
- Partner with our internal team to develop and refine paid social strategies tailored to each client's goals — drawing on your own proven experience to push campaigns further
- Bring new ideas and creative angles to the table: ad formats, audience approaches, funnel structures, and testing frameworks built from real-world results
- Think in full funnel — from awareness and creative hooks all the way through to conversion and retention — and consistently optimize toward real client outcomes, not just surface-level metrics
- Build, launch, and actively optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools to speed up creative production, iteration, and testing
- Participate in regular strategy sessions and collaborate async with our team on performance and next steps
- Stay sharp on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging AI tools — and bring those insights back to the team
You're a Great Fit If You...
- Have 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience with a documented track record of driving real business outcomes — you have the results to back it up
- Are a proven strategist, not just an executor — you've owned campaigns end-to-end and know how to connect ad strategy to meaningful client results
- Understand the full marketing funnel deeply and have experience optimizing across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
- Are an AI early adopter — you're already using AI tools in your workflow and know how to make them work smarter, not just faster
- Communicate with confidence, collaborate without ego, and make the team around you better
- Have an appreciation for or experience with faith-based audiences — you understand that messaging to this community requires authenticity, not just targeting
Bonus Points
- Direct experience running performance campaigns for nonprofits, churches, or faith-based brands
- Familiarity with faith-specific audience challenges (platform targeting restrictions, contextual alignment, etc.)
- Experience building and running creative testing frameworks at scale
- An excellent, proactive communicator who keeps the team informed without being asked
Details
- Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Hours: 10–20 hours/week
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
