We are looking for a Fractional CMO / Senior Marketing Leader to come in part-time and raise the bar—providing strategic direction, tightening systems, cleaning up campaigns, and guiding the team with higher-level experience.

- Solid understanding of SEO, paid social, and lead generation funnels
- Experience working with contracting, home services, trades, or local services businesses (highly preferred)

- Strategic thinker who is still practical and ROI-driven
- Communicates clearly and confidently with leadership and execution teams
