Our founding team includes a dietician, an entrepreneur, and a product development / manufacturing specialist.

About the Work

We’re gearing up for launch in the next few months and looking for a Fractional Marketing Lead to drive our first sales, brand growth, and long-term strategy. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role.

Specifically, you'll:

• Own our brand
  • Establish us as a trusted brand in functional nutrition, reaching consumers looking for clean, nutrient-dense products
• Build and execute our marketing plan and our GTM strategy, ensuring a strong launch and stable foundation for growth
  • Influencer strategy – build & execute partnerships that drive real sales
  • Paid media – manage Meta, TikTok, and TikTok Shop ad campaigns
  • Retention & community – create organic growth loops through email, SMS, and content
• Own our website & e-commerce presence
  • Improve our existing Shopify store and optimize it for conversion

If you have the experience, there's also room to collaborate with us on product development and broader e-commerce operations.

About You

You MUST have:

• Scaled e-commerce brands from zero and can show measurable results
• Marketed wellness, nutrition, or food products with strong repeat purchase behavior
• Proven success managing paid media (Meta / Tiktok / Tiktok Shop)
• A track record of developing influencer partnerships that drove clear, measurable growth
• AI & automation nut, you're into experimenting with different AI and automation tools to do your job faster
• Hands-on execution skills – This isn’t a management role; you’re doing the work
• You're located in USA time zones (with a preference for working ET hours)

Some nice-to-haves:

• Experience with food, supplements, or functional nutrition brands
• Former DTC founder who’s built something from scratch
• A genuine interest in functional / ancestral nutrition
