We're building smart eyewear. Fashion-forward eyeglasses with built in technology, and capabilities like location tracking.

Our prototype is done. We're going through the manufacturing process now, and gearing up for our June launch.

About the Work

We want to get started on our launch strategy now, so that when June comes we can hit the ground running. We're looking for a Fractional Head of Growth to develop this strategy, and manage the resouces needed to execute it.

Specifically, you'll:

• Develop the go-to-market plan, including pre-launch and post-launch
  
  • Performance marketing and influencer channels primarily
• Design our funnel architecture, including waitlists, deposits, and pre-order flows
• Own our CAC model and unit economics, and report on marketing KPIs
• Oversee a marketing agency with a $25K - $40K / month budget
• Work directly with our founder and early investors

About You

You MUST have:

• Led marketing/growth efforts for brands that you scaled from zero to $millions in revenue
  
  • You must have been involved with product launch. If all your experience is with later stage brands, we won't be the right fit
• Significant experience marketing physical products in either of these categories:
  
  • Consumer hardware, wearables, IoT, etc.
  • Fashion brands (ideally with $250+ price point SKUs)
• Strong unit economics fundamentals - you understand how to build CAC and LTV models
• Expertise specifically in paid media (Google, Meta) and influencer channels
• Geographically based within USA time zones only

• Past marketing work designed to educate consumers about a new type of product
