The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing marketing teams, leading successful growth initiatives, and developing effective paid advertising strategies.This role requires a blend of leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of various marketing channels and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Managing the marketing team and creative director.
- Leading and implementing growth initiatives across various channels.
- Developing and overseeing paid ads strategy, including but not limited to Meta platforms.
- Crafting compelling copywriting for various marketing materials and ad campaigns.
- Scripting and leading the editing process for video content and ads.
- Providing creative direction for marketing campaigns and brand assets.
- Hands-on involvement in working with creators and producing ads when needed.
- Analyzing performance data to identify trends and insights.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in growth marketing, preferably in the dietary supplement or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms, including Meta ads.
- Excellent copywriting skills for various marketing channels and ad formats.
- Proven expertise in creative direction, including scripting, overseeing video content creation and editing
- Hands-on experience working with creators and producing ads
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data to make informed decisions.
