Responsibilities

• Managing the marketing team and creative director.
• Leading and implementing growth initiatives across various channels.
• Developing and overseeing paid ads strategy, including but not limited to Meta platforms.
• Crafting compelling copywriting for various marketing materials and ad campaigns.
• Scripting and leading the editing process for video content and ads.
• Providing creative direction for marketing campaigns and brand assets.
• Hands-on involvement in working with creators and producing ads when needed.
• Analyzing performance data to identify trends and insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in growth marketing, preferably in the dietary supplement or related industries.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms, including Meta ads.
• Excellent copywriting skills for various marketing channels and ad formats.
• Proven expertise in creative direction, including scripting, overseeing video content creation and editing
• Hands-on experience working with creators and producing ads
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data to make informed decisions.
