Position Summary
CATCH Global Foundation is a world leader in evidence-based youth health education, reaching 4.3 million PreK-12 school children each year.
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and elevate our marketing efforts. This part-time executive role is ideal for an experienced marketing leader who excels at developing and executing scalable marketing strategies, aligning brand and growth initiatives with missions and goals, and mentoring marketing teams. The Fractional CMO will work closely with senior leadership to position the company for sustained growth and brand strength.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to shape marketing direction.
- Support business development, sales alignment, and go-to-market strategies.
- Define and refine the brand narrative, positioning, and audience/message map.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing communications, including digital, print, public relations, and events.
- Drive demand generation efforts to increase qualified leads and customer acquisition.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing).
- Oversee analytics and reporting to assess performance and ROI of marketing activities.
- Mentor and manage the internal marketing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with programs, partnerships, and operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or CMO role.
- Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies for growth-stage organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand development, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in fractional or consulting roles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Non-Profit Management, or related field.
Commitment & Compensation
- Part-time: Approximately 10-20 hours per week.
- Duration: Ongoing, with quarterly reviews of scope and impact.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly or retainer-based rate, commensurate with experience.
