About Us
Blue Signal is a recruitment platform. They are looking for a Fractional AI leader to drive the development and implementation of AI solutions within our recruiting firm. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruiting processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to align AI with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- AI Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to define a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with company goals. Identify high-impact areas for AI implementation and develop a roadmap for execution. Define the strategic roadmap and prioritize key initiatives.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and deployment. Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes. Translate these into clear and actionable requirements for the AI system.
- AI Knowledge Base Design: Work closely with technical resources to design the structure and architecture of the AI knowledge base.
- AI Model Development: Work with developers to build and train AI models capable of understanding and responding to natural language queries.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary liaison with the AI development team. Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of deliverables with our business objectives.
- Knowledge Base Data Management: Work with subject matter experts to collect, cleanse, and organize data to train and refine the AI knowledge base.
- Change Management: Develop and implement a change management plan to facilitate the adoption of the AI system. Provide training, support, and communication to ensure a smooth transition.
- Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the AI system. Track and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate value to the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems. Implement iterative improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Explore new technologies and applications to further enhance our capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including recruiters, marketing, Ops, Finance/Accounting, Legal, and IT to ensure successful AI implementation.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, linguistics, data science, artificial intelligence, or another relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum of 6+ years in the recruiting industry with deep knowledge across all areas of the business (staffing, contract-to-hire, permanent placement, retained, RPO, etc.) with strong foundation of recruiting best practices for processes.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology solutions in a business setting.
- Successful track record of effectively managing vendors.
- Must have experience building and delivering training for end users.
Skills
- Familiarity with programming in Python, R, or similar languages a plus.
- Should possess a strong understanding of software integrations and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with a diverse range of people and departments.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the executive search industry.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.
