Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Fractional Lead Developer to be our dedicated technical resource. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of D2C health products, marketing technology, and systems integration.
You’ll take ownership of our data infrastructure, analytics visibility, and platform integrations, enabling our team to make smarter, faster decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product to connect tools like Zenoti, Hubspot, WordPress, and integrations across Meta, Google, RingCentral, and beyond. Your goal: ensure seamless data flow across the user journey, streamline booking and tracking processes, and elevate analytics with clean, actionable event tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the marketing tech stack across D2C channels
- Integrate and optimize platforms including Zenoti, Hubspot, WordPress, Vagaro, RingCentral
- Set up and maintain event tracking, attribution models, and performance dashboards
- Build and maintain data pipelines for clean, real-time analytics
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize Meta, Google, and other ad platform integrations
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously improve system performance
- Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant integrations between platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or similar role
- Proven track record in D2C product environments and marketing technology
- Strong knowledge of database architecture, APIs, and web integrations
- Experience with event tracking, marketing attribution, and analytics tools
- Familiarity with Zenoti, Hubspot, WordPress, and telephony/CRM tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver on deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Role Details
- Type: Contract, Part-Time (Fractional)
- Hours: Flexible, estimated 10–20 hrs/week
- Location: Remote (US-based preferred)
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
