Who You Are
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the tactical driving force behind bringing our "global stories that move humanity" to life for our clients. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation across all channels. Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution:Develop and execute detailed marketing plans across various channels (digital, social media, email, events, etc.) based on the strategies provided by the Account Executive.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (creative, content, media) and external vendors to implement campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to the Account Executive and clients.
- Content Management:Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, website content).
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage content calendars and editorial workflows.
- Digital Marketing:Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve website visibility.
- Reporting and Analytics:Track key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, conversion rates).
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports for the Account Executive and clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign results.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Account Supervisor with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing budgets.
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities and campaign assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across various channels.
- Experience with social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for storytelling and creating impactful brand experiences.
