About The Role
We need a scrappy, creative Field Marketing Lead (fractional) to put us on the map—literally. You’ll own our presence at 40+ events a year, crafting standout experiences that get Rec noticed, build pipeline, and spark real relationships with rec leaders nationwide.
What You’ll Do
- Own Rec’s conference game—from booth design and logistics to collateral, swag, and flawless execution.
- Plan and produce unforgettable events with the Partnerships team—think high-impact content, killer speakers, and yes, webinars too.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to drive smart, ROI-driven campaigns before and after every event.
- Build scalable systems to manage budgets, materials, and swag across a hybrid, fast-moving company.
- Own Rec’s event brand—making sure everything we do is sharp, on-message, and mission-driven.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years crushing B2B SaaS field, event, or partnership marketing with proven revenue impact.
- A project management ace—you’re organized, proactive, and the go-to trip planner in your circle.
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and hustling in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ready to own big chunks of Rec’s event strategy and bring serious energy to every interaction.
Pay & Benefits
- Compensation: This is a part-time, fractional role (10–20 hours/week to start) with room to grow as we scale. We're looking to structure this as a monthly retainer and compensation will depend on experience.
- Work location: We are focused on hiring a team that will join us at our downtown San Francisco office.
