About Us
We build tools to help parents manage their children's health and wellness, starting from birth. Our current focus is a voice-first journaling app that makes it easy for parents to track daily activities and milestones.
We've raised $1MM so far, and are launching our beta in September.
About the Work
We’re looking for a Fractional Director of Marketing to own our go-to-market launch strategy — from shaping positioning to delivering our first wave of user growth. You’ll have the responsibility and autonomy to develop a comprehensive plan including choosing channels, running rapid experiments, and tapping into your network of collaborators to execute on the plan so that we make us the must-have app for new parents.
Specifically, you'll:
- Design and execute the GTM plan for our beta and public launch
- Identify and prioritize the most effective organic and paid channels for reaching parents of children 0–2
- Build partnerships with trusted parent influencers, communities, and organizations
- Lead ASO, SEO, and content strategies to drive sustained organic growth
- Rapidly design, test, measure, and optimize acquisition experiments to identify scalable growth channels and optimizing app downloads
- Establish a parent feedback loop to inform product and messaging decisions
- Build and manage a distributed team of freelancers/contractors in cost-efficient regions (e.g., Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America) to execute creative, digital, and content work at scale while staying within budget
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the founding team on brand and growth
About You
You MUST have:
- Led marketing for consumer mobile apps, ideally from launch to scale
- This must be your bread and butter
- Significant experience marketing at least one of:
- Parents and families (e.g. parenting apps, child development, family tech, pediatric services)
- Health and wellness (e.g. digital fitness apps, wellness platforms)
- Deep understanding of organic growth levers — influencer marketing, SEO, content, community building, ASO
- Early-stage operator mindset: scrappy, data-driven, and willing to roll up your sleeves
- U.S. or Canada based, with the ability to work in sync with our core team’s hours

- You're a parent and can empathize with our audience first-hand
- Ability to use AI to automate and multiply the effectiveness of your efficiency and efforts
