About Us
We're a marketplace that helps medicare patients find health advocates to help them better navigate the healthcare system and get the care they deserve.
We've raised a Seed round from notable VC funds and some of the top healthcare execs at Oscar, One Medical, Ro, etc.
About the Work
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to take the reins on our paid media strategy, as well as find new growth channels for us.
Specifically, you'll:
- Set the strategy that grows our paid media spend (mostly Meta) from $40K / month to $80K - $150K / month
- Help level up (or out) our existing performance marketing resource
- Be responsible for the media buys yourself (not managing an outside agency)
- Analyze our CAC, LTV, and other performance metrics religiously
- Optimize our landing pages as needed
- Experiment with new growth channels for us that target the Medicare population
- The goal is to unlock at least one new channel by the Fall
About You
You MUST have:
- Built growth marketing strategies for other consumer healthtech brands
- Significant experience targeting Medicare beneficiaries
- Paid media and performance marketing expert, especially Meta
- A highly analytical, data-driven mindset
- Based in California (SF or LA ideally), Miami, or NYC only
