About Us
We help homeowners understand and manage the health of their homes. Think Prenuvo full-body scan, but for your home. Our team coordinates ongoing home maintenance, provides expert advice, and connects members with vetted professionals, all through a simple subscription model.
We’ve recently raised a $4MM Seed round from recognizable VC names. Our two ex-HBS co-founders have together taken a company public.
About the Work
We're coming out of beta and going live in our first local market. We're looking for a Fractional Director of Marketing to set and execute the strategy that will acquire our first few hundred customers in our first market.
Specifically, you'll:
- Design and run multiple rapid marketing experiments in parallel across channels like:
- direct mail
- email marketing
- customer referrals
- real estate broker partnerships
- Organic and/or paid social
- Create a content strategy focused on educating homeowners about preventative maintenance
- Develop a click funnel approach to vary messaging and offers across multiple channels
- Work hands-on to execute, with potential to bring on additional help as needed
- Work most closely with our CEO
About You
You MUST have:
- Led marketing for other early-stage consumer startups
- If your experience is B2B or large companies only, we won't be the right fit
- Built marketing strategies for businesses that either:
- Require significant local marketing efforts (think fitness boutiques, med spas, DTC retail, etc.)
- Sell to homeowners (think home services, mortgage products, grocery delivery, IoT hardware, etc.)
- Can clearly show you've acquired customers from zero
- Prior experience doing fractional work, and you're full-time fractional (you don't have a full-time job)
- An interest and ability to be hands-on executing, it will be mostly you doing the work
- Based in USA or Canada only
