About Us
We are building a social app that helps people find others to do activities with - from movie nights to grocery runs to camping. We're starting with college students and expanding to urban neighborhoods from there.
Our founder is a highly ambitious college undergrad. We just launched our MVP, have active pilots at 4 universities, and are fundraising for our Seed round right now.
About the Work
We're looking for a fractional CMO to help us shape the marketing strategy that allows us to reach and engage college students on campus.
Specifically, you'll:
- Guide our overall marketing strategy alongside our founder, which will include:
- A campus ambassador program
- Partnerships with college campus influencers and with student-run orgs
- Help us create other marketing experiments to test that will create hype with a college audience
- Direct our junior marketing coordinator as needed
About You
You MUST have:
- Led marketing efforts for other consumer tech products
- Significant experience marketing to college students
- IRL activation experience, e.g. campus ambassador programs
- We're not looking for a digital marketing only strategy
- Based in the USA only
Nice-to-haves:
- You're an Adjunct Professor on a college campus
