About the Work
We're looking for a Fractional Head of Growth to own all user acquisition and retention efforts.
Specifically:
- Own and report on our key metrics across funnel conversions, new buyers, CAC, LTV
- Optimize our marketing strategy, creative, and budget, across paid, affiliate, influencer, and more
- Manage a team of 5+ direct reports
- Build and execute the playbook to collaborate with Drip streamers, collectibles influencers, and other partners
- Report to the CEO
About You
You're an established growth marketing expert with a track record of owning growth and managing growth teams at early-stage tech startups.
We want to see:
- 7+ years growth marketing experience
- You've led growth efforts for early or growth-stage B2C startups with names we recognize
- Plenty of experience owning strategies for paid, affiliate, and influencer channels
- Analytically minded and makes data-driven decisions
- Exceptional people manager
- Bonus points if you're passionate about (or excited to learn about) our core collectibles - trading cards, sports cards, NFTs, and more
