Why Contract To Hire?
We're looking for a growth advisor who we can work 5-10 hours a month over the next 3-6 months to evaluate team fit and capabilities to lead Amissa's growth initiatives.
As Fractional Head of Growth, you’ll be the architect and driver of our growth strategy—owning customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. You’ll blend data-driven decision-making with creative storytelling to position Amissa as the leading solution for wearable-enabled perimenopause care.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, product team, and sales to align marketing and growth initiatives with our go-to-market strategy and long-term vision.
What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy & Leadership:
- Own the end-to-end growth funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Define and execute marketing strategies to acquire healthcare provider partners, expand patient adoption, and strengthen brand positioning.
- Set clear KPIs and growth targets; track performance and iterate quickly.
- Demand Generation & Marketing Execution
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (content, paid, events, partnerships, PR) with measurable ROI.
- Create and optimize provider-focused marketing assets, patient education tools, and thought-leadership content.
- Lead SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives to drive inbound interest.
Market Positioning & Brand Building:
- Elevate Amissa’s voice in the women’s health and healthtech ecosystem through strategic PR, conferences, and partnerships.
- Craft compelling narratives backed by data to resonate with healthcare decision-makers, investors, and research partners.
Team & Resource Management:
- Oversee our educational content strategy
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing/growth team over time.
- Oversee marketing budgets and vendor relationships
Startup Agility:
- Experiment rapidly, test hypotheses, and pivot based on market feedback.
- Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to ensure tight feedback loops between market needs and product roadmap.
You Might Be a Fit If You Have
- 6+ years in growth, marketing, or demand generation, with at least 3+ years in healthtech, digital health, or medical device startups.
- Proven track record of scaling B2B healthcare startups from early stage to significant market penetration.
- Deep understanding of healthcare provider marketing, patient engagement strategies, and value-based care dynamics.
- Expertise in both inbound and outbound growth tactics, with hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content, and lifecycle marketing.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex health and data concepts into compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment.
