About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on fractional Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who enjoys both strategic oversight and tactical execution.
You will be responsible for shaping and amplifying our brand story, ensuring consistent positioning in the market, and driving content and digital visibility. This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is energized by being physically present with the team.
This is currently a two-days-per-week position, on-site in our Montreal office, with the potential to evolve into a full-time leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight
- Manage and oversee our external marketing agency, primarily responsible for SEO and written content creation
- Collaborate with the agency to ensure SEO strategy aligns with brand positioning and business goals
- Support overall brand storytelling to ensure strong and differentiated market positioning
Content Strategy and Production
- Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy in collaboration with the leaders at our firm and support distribution across digital platforms
- Work with existing assets to create a consistent and impactful content calendar immediately
- Video production. Prepare scripts and guide team members in recording thought leadership pieces
- Edit videos and create supporting graphics for final distribution
- Maintain and repurpose a content library from events to ensure consistent publishing momentum
Social Media Management
- Manage LinkedIn and Instagram presence
- Create, schedule, and publish content on a weekly basis
- Repurpose event content when needed
Brand and Collateral Management
- Review and refine marketing materials to ensure design is sharp, consistent, and aligned with current trends
- Update website content and pages as needed
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
Newsletter Management
- Oversee planning, production, and distribution of newsletters
- Align messaging with broader content and brand strategy

Ideal Profile
- 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a generalist capacity
- Strong B2B experience is required
- Experience in consulting industries such as human capital, executive recruitment, legal, or management consulting is an asset
- Proven video recording and editing experience
- Strong graphic design capabilities for social and digital content
- Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for professional brands
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with the ability to self-initiate and drive projects forward
- Outgoing and comfortable working closely with leadership and consultants
- Bilingual in English and French
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and technical considerations is an asset
- Familiar with MailChimp, Microsoft Products, Adobe, and Canva are all an asset
