Serava is an AI-powered real estate analytics platform designed to help investors evaluate properties through structured data, risk scoring, and AI-driven insights.
We are entering a critical growth stage as the platform becomes revenue-ready, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive early user acquisition, validate our marketing funnel, and scale customer acquisition responsibly.
This is a part-time role (15–20 hours per week) ideal for someone who enjoys working with early-stage startups and building growth systems from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Growth & Acquisition
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Design and test growth experiments across acquisition channels
- Monitor CAC and marketing performance metrics
Analytics & Funnel Optimization
- Validate and monitor end-to-end user journey tracking (GA4, GTM)
- Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-off points
- Recommend improvements to increase conversion rates
Marketing Execution
- Develop and execute early-stage growth strategies
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with product and engineering teams
- Help prioritize marketing initiatives based on ROI
Performance Reporting
- Provide weekly marketing performance updates
- Track key metrics including traffic, signups, conversion, and CAC
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in growth marketing or performance marketing
- Experience working with early-stage startups
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and marketing funnels
- Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with PropTech, SaaS, or marketplaces
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush
- Experience running marketing experiments and A/B tests
Early-stage startup experience is very important for this role. Candidates who have worked in fast-moving startup environments will be prioritized.
We are a distributed team. Candidates should be comfortable working with partial overlap with Pacific Time.
