We're an enrichment program for children, focused on storytelling and writing. Children can enroll in our 16-week, virtual after-school courses. Every kid that graduates is a published author!

We've served 4,000 kids so far, with a profitable business approaching $1MM annual revenue.

About the Work

Our marketing efforts have had starts and stops over the years. We're now more focused than ever to establish a consistent and effective customer acquisition strategy to drive growth. We're looking for a Fractional Growth Marketing Lead to show us how it's done.

Specifically, you'll:

• Define our marketing strategy, and do all the execution work to bring it to life
• Determine, through experimentation, the most effective ways to target moms in our demo. This may include:
  • Paid social, organic social
  • SEO
  • influencer marketing
  • Content marketing
  • And more
• Further refine our ICP
• Help us understand our CAC
• Work most closely with our CEO, and our social media manager

About You

You should meet all the following criteria:

• 5+ years growth marketing experience across a range of different acquisition channels (paid, email, influencer, and more)
• Marketing to moms and/or kids is your bread & butter
• You're an independent contractor, not a marketing agency, and capable of getting your hands dirty in the weeds

Nice-to-haves:

• Marketing for education businesses targeting moms and/or kids
• Video production experience
• A mission to help our kids become better writers resonates with you
