What you'll be working on
A Minimal Viable Product (MVP) version of our mobile app. This project focuses on simplifying and reimagining an existing mobile app with core functionality, ensuring a seamless, responsive user experience for our audience. We have an existing website and have released previous app versions on other development platforms, so this project will focus on testing, optimizing and streamlining the app for the Flutter or React framework. I’ll want further advanced development and iterations later, but for now, I’m looking for something quick and functional to get started and developer able to iterate with our team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a very basic version of our mobile app using Flutter or React.
- Rebuild and simplify core features from our previous app versions for a fresh MVP.
- Integrate essential features such as navigation, user registration, and service exploration.
- Ensure the app is fully responsive and optimized for both Android and iOS devices.
- Collaborate with our team to refine the UI/UX based on feedback.
- Debug and test the app thoroughly before launch.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing mobile apps with Flutter/ React (portfolio of work required).
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and Flutter/ React packages.
- Familiarity with both iOS and Android development lifecycles.
- Knowledge of basic backend integration (e.g., APIs, Firebase) for user authentication and data management.
- Attention to detail, especially for ensuring the app meets MVP specifications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with our team.
