We're building a B2B platform that lets healthcare organizations sell, prescribe, and manage patients on GLP-1s and peptides, backed by our own manufacturing and pharmacy operation.

The Work

We're looking for a Fractional CTO that can help scale our technology platform, and guide an offshore engineering team to execute.

Specifically, you'll:

Audit our codebase, architecture, and the platform our dev shop built
Assess our current engineering team
Turn our founder's product vision into a technical roadmap
Oversee day-to-day engineering execution, and improve the team's velocity
Better integrate our platform with pharmacy systems and e-prescribing software
Provide technical best practices given your prior healthtech experience

About You

You MUST have:

Been a CTO or Head of Engineering for other B2B healthtech startups
Significant experience managing offshore engineering teams in low-cost regions
Early-stage startup experience
Built AI features in production
Hands-on in the codebases you work in, particularly using the latest AI tools for development
Experience navigating healthcare compliance requirements like HIPAA
Can be based anywhere in the USA, Canada, or Europe

Nice-to-haves:

Healthtech experience specifically in digital pharmacies, prescription software, telehealth, or other B2C healthtech
Product management / Head of Product / CPTO experience
Mobile app development experience
