Job Description & Responsibilities
Lead and personally execute our go-to-market efforts across direct-to-consumer channels and B2B home care distribution partners (in Home Care and Aging in Place channels). This role is for a builder who executes, not a strategy-only advisory position. with both DTC and B2B applications (in Home Care and Aging in Place channels). We are early enough that marketing needs to be built, not managed. You will develop a clear strategy, provide strong execution, and in a fast paced environment. This role owns the marketing end to end, including strategy, storytelling, content, creative, and execution.
Role Overview
This is the most senior marketing role at the company and reports to the C team. You will own marketing strategy and execution across all channels. You will be accountable for how we position the company, how we show up in the market, and how we generate demand and pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute GTM for Home Care and Aging-in-Place markets (B2B and DTC)
- Build and execute end-to-end marketing for DTC and B2B applications (in Home Care and Aging in Place channels) and lightweight sales workflows
- Develop and test messaging, positioning, and campaigns
- Support outreach, demos, and early sales
- Cross-functional collaboration with product and operations
Ideal Profile
- MUST HAVE Direct experience in Home Care, Aging in Place, senior services, or healthcare technology
- Proven hands-on execution in early-stage technology releases
- Comfortable building GTM infrastructure from scratch and driving revenue
This is a fractional or part time role with high ownership and the opportunity to expand scope as the company grows. Expect approximately ~25 hours per week of time commitment with the opportunity to become full-time.
