About Us

We're a popular NYC-based sneaker brand with a line of men's and women's sneakers in the $150+ price point.

We release high-quality, comfortable sneakers in limited edition batches, which typically sell out in days.

About the Work

We have an upcoming new product launch with a major Youtube celebrity at the end of September, and are looking for a Fractional Director of Marketing to lead the launch, and potentially beyond.

Specifically, you'll:

  • Execute a holistic GTM strategy across influencer, social, brand, and PR
    • The strategy itself is largely defined already, so you'll need to get up to speed on it quickly and then start executing
  • Manage several external agencies supporting the launch
    • Creative studio
    • PR agency
    • Paid media agency
  • Work closely with a junior full-time marketer who will assist on execution

We're thinking of this as a fractional role to start at 10 - 15 hrs / week, at least through the new product launch. If there's a good mutual fit, there's potential to convert into a full-time role.

Compensation:

Compensation looks like a base hourly rate in the $100 - $125 / hr range, + a % of sales of the new product launch (based on past product launches, this extra % can be in the range of an extra $10K - $40K).

About You

You should meet all the following criteria:

  • 8+ years marketing experience
  • Significant experience in footwear, luxury goods, apparel, and other CPG/DTC brands
  • You've launched DTC products (footwear, clothing, beauty, etc.)
  • Player / coach mindset, you can set strategy and execute equally well

How To Get In Touch

Hit that "Request Intro" button below

  • Include any relevant links so we can get to know you better
  • A brief intro note that clearly addresses:
    • Your apparel / DTC / CPG / luxury experience
    • What DTC products have you launched, and what was involved?

If we think there's a fit, we'll reach out to schedule an intro call. Looking forward!
