This is a 5 month contract at 15-25 hours per week. Hybrid in-office role preferred at our San Francisco HQ.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a content marketer for a focused 5-month engagement to produce technical, persona- and modality-specific content that fuels our demand generation programs. Sitting on the Content Marketing team but working hand-in-hand with Demand Gen, you'll create and refresh the assets that move pipeline: product briefs, case studies, white papers, gated best-practice guides, and product-focused blog posts. You'll partner with GTM stakeholders on customer stories, write select pieces from scratch, and use AI tooling (AirOps) to draft and refine at scale. This is a hands-on writing role for someone who can adapt tone and structure across formats, translate complex science for a technical audience, and juggle multiple concurrent projects as a true extension of the team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create/Update Product Briefs, Case Studies, and White Papers to support Go-To-Market & Demand Generation Programs
• Write persona- and modality-specific content across Development, Automation, In Vivo, PD, Biologics, and Chemistry product lines
• Support customer story development in partnership with Sales/Field stakeholders
• Write select pieces from scratch, particularly product-focused blog posts and articles
• Work within AirOps to generate, edit, and refine AI-assisted drafts at scale
• Write and edit gated best-practice guides for a technical audience
• Refresh and update existing web content for SEO/AEO performance

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years in content marketing or writing role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Strong writing and editing skills; comfortable adapting tone and structure across formats (guides, blogs, recaps, campaign content)
• Experience working with or willingness to learn AI content tools (AirOps or similar)
• Familiarity with CMS Contentful, SEMrush, GA4, or other marketing/SEO metrics tools
• Nice-to-have: AEO (answer engine optimization) exposure
• Nice-to-have: life sciences or biotech background
• Comfortable working as an embedded contractor, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple concurrent projects

HOW WE WORK

We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes in-office collaboration. Employees are expected to be on-site 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
