Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the CEO, leading the development and execution of the overall marketing, communications, and brand strategy for the PowerStack Platform™. (learning more at www.powerstackgrids.com
Establish the PowerStack Platform™ as the market leader in industrial power infrastructure and the recognized authority behind Powered Real Estate™ through executive thought leadership, public relations, content marketing, digital marketing, and industry engagement. Develop and oversee a comprehensive content engine—including LinkedIn thought leadership, blogs, white papers, press releases, case studies, videos, presentations, email campaigns, and speaking opportunities—that consistently positions the PowerStack Platform™ at the forefront of industry conversations.
Build brand awareness, generate qualified business opportunities, cultivate strategic media and industry relationships, and manage external marketing partners, agencies, writers, designers, and digital specialists. Establish measurable marketing KPIs, continuously optimize performance, and build a scalable marketing organization capable of supporting the long-term growth of the PowerStack Platform™.
The successful candidate will own the strategy, messaging, execution, and accountability for making the PowerStack Platform™ the top-of-mind brand for developers, manufacturers, data center operators, industrial users, investors, site selectors, utilities, and economic development organizations seeking solutions to today’s power availability challenges.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking a seasoned marketing executive—not a generalist.
The ideal candidate will have:
- * 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience, serving in roles such as Vice President of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, or Marketing Director.
- * A proven track record of building market-leading brands, launching new platforms, and creating category-defining market positions, preferably within industrial infrastructure, energy infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, commercial real estate, or B2B technology.
- * Demonstrated success developing executive thought leadership, including LinkedIn strategy, industry publications, keynote speaking opportunities, media relations, and corporate storytelling.
- * Extensive experience leading integrated marketing programs, including content strategy, public relations, digital marketing, demand generation, brand development, and corporate communications.
- * Experience managing and directing external marketing resources, including PR firms, creative agencies, writers, designers, videographers, and digital marketing partners.
- * Exceptional strategic communication skills with the ability to work directly with the CEO to develop market positioning, messaging, and long-term brand strategy.
- * Experience leading organizations through significant growth, market expansion, product launches, or corporate rebranding is strongly preferred.
This is an executive-level leadership opportunity for someone who has built their career in marketing—developing brands, influencing markets, and driving business growth. We are not seeking a general business leader or someone looking to transition into marketing from another discipline.
