We’re looking for a marketing leader who can set a clear direction and help put it into practice. You’ll work with the founders and sales team to explain what makes BlueSuite useful, reach the right business owners, and turn that interest into paying customers.

What you’ll do
- Build and own a focused marketing plan, with clear priorities, budgets, and measures of success.
- Sharpen our positioning and messaging for the people running home service businesses.
- Find and improve the channels that bring in customers, including search, content, paid campaigns, email, and partnerships.
- Work with sales to improve the journey from first visit to trial, demo, and paid subscription.
- Measure acquisition costs, conversion, and revenue so we know where to invest and what to stop.
- Stay close to customers and use what you learn to improve our campaigns and website.

What we’re looking for
- Experience growing a software business, ideally one serving small businesses.
- A record of marketing work that led to measurable customer and revenue growth.
- Someone comfortable setting strategy, writing clear copy, testing campaigns, and working with a small team.
- Good judgment about where to spend time and money, and the ability to explain those decisions clearly.
- An interest in the home service industry. Experience with contractors or field service software is a plus.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with a track record of building and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong experience in Market Research and Sales collaboration to identify opportunities, refine positioning, and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Public Relations and corporate communications, including media relations, thought leadership, and brand reputation management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse marketing teams, manage budgets, and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills, including experience with marketing analytics, CRM, and performance measurement tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive and non-executive audiences.
- Relevant experience in SaaS or technology-driven business solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
