Role Description

We are looking for a Dynamic fractional CMO possibly leading to full time CMO with a deep understanding of both the Web3 and logistics landscapes. As fCMO, you will lead the brand strategy, marketing operations, and customer acquisition initiatives. You will play a key role in
developing and executing a scalable marketing strategy, leveraging both traditional and digital channels to accelerate growth, foster community engagement, and drive adoption within the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish the brand as the premier decentralized solution for logistics.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation strategies to drive awareness and engagement across logistics stakeholders (shippers, brokers, carriers, etc.).
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation strategies to drive awareness and engagement across Web3 landscape.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing, to reach and engage a broad audience.
  • Build and manage the online community by driving engagement through social media, forums, and content channels.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to create a compelling narrative around our technology, tokenized reward model, and decentralized network.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, emphasizing our value propositions for data transparency, efficiency, and token rewards.
  • Work with the data team to build data-driven insights for targeted campaigns and measure marketing ROI across all channels.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Represent our Labs at industry events, conferences, and panels, positioning the company as a thought leader in logistics and decentralized technology.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in tech, logistics, or Web3 sectors, with a proven record of scaling brands.
  • Marketing Strategy: Strong strategic mindset with experience leading brand, digital marketing, and content strategies.
  • Technical Understanding: Knowledge of blockchain, decentralized networks, and Web3 technologies, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a broad audience.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to measure campaign performance and guide strategy.
  • Public Speaking: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience speaking at industry events and conferences.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience marketing within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of tokenomics and community engagement strategies within Web3 ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and community management within blockchain or logistics sectors.

Additional Information

Strong preference for candidates from the United States, Canada, Caribbean, and Latin America.
