Company Description
Zynt Bio builds cloud-native, containerized computational pipelines for applied genomics across plant genetics, microbial strain engineering, environmental metagenomics, and industrial biomanufacturing. The company focuses on making bioinformatics workflows fully reproducible, treating reproducibility as a core deliverable rather than a secondary outcome. Zynt Bio engineers automated, production-grade infrastructure using containerized Nextflow / nf-core workflows with version-pinned tools, fully documented runs, and isolated per-client cloud storage. Clients gain auditable provenance from raw reads to final outputs, enabling scalable, compliant, and high-confidence science. Zynt Bio’s solutions support agricultural, environmental, and industrial R&D with rigorous reproducibility standards and domain-specific pipelines for phyto-genomics, host-pathogen interactions, soil metagenomics, and synthetic biology.
