The Company

Description: We provide residential real estate market analytics to large brokerages. Brokers and their agents use it to show clients a realtime picture of the market and price properties with confidence.

Stage & proof points:

  • $200K annual revenue
  • 2 large clients today, each with 5K agents

The Work

Problem: We have an existing content product, and are launching a new CMA product. Want to expand our current client base for the market content as well as launch the new offer tool successfully.

Specifically, you'll:

  • Do outreach to key residential brokerages and relevant industry associations
  • Take the initial call yourself and qualify, and then loop our founder in to help close the opportunity
  • Help shape the positioning of the product, and navigate the positioning nuances when targeting the brokerages vs. the individual agents
  • Advise on pricing strategy for both the current product and our new product
  • Use any existing relationships at large residential brokerages to get us in the door quickly

About You

You MUST have:

  • Owned outbound and pipeline generation for other SaaS startups
  • Significant experience selling software to residential real estate brokerages
    • If you don't have experience selling to residential real estate brokerages, we won't be the right fit
  • Based in the USA only

Nice-to-haves:

  • Existing relationships at brokerages that you can use to set up meetings
  • Experience with CMA tools specifically
