About Tecla
Tecla is the talent and execution partner for the AI era.
We help US companies hire, build, and operate through the AI transformation. Our core business helps companies build high-performing technical teams across the US and Latin America, and we are expanding into AI transformation and managed AI services.
We are looking for a senior paid acquisition leader who can help us turn paid media into a more predictable source of qualified B2B pipeline.

The Role
This is not a campaign management role.
We are looking for someone who can own paid acquisition strategy from end to end, including identifying opportunities, building campaigns, improving landing pages and offers, analyzing funnel performance, and determining where we should increase or decrease spend.
You will work directly with Tecla's leadership and marketing team.
Our sales are high-value B2B engagements, so we care much more about qualified opportunities, customers, and revenue than cheap leads.

What You'll Own
- Develop and manage Tecla's paid acquisition strategy
- Own Google Ads, particularly high-intent search campaigns
- Develop and optimize LinkedIn Ads where appropriate
- Identify new paid acquisition opportunities and experiments
- Build campaign structures, targeting, keywords, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Continuously analyze search terms and traffic quality
- Improve ad messaging, offers, and positioning
- Recommend changes to landing pages and conversion funnels
- Design and run structured A/B tests
- Work with our team to improve attribution and conversion tracking
- Connect advertising performance to qualified leads, meetings, opportunities, customers, CAC, and revenue
- Determine when campaigns should be scaled, changed, or killed
- Provide clear reporting on what is working, what is not, and what we should test next

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a senior practitioner with a strong track record in paid acquisition for high-value B2B companies.
Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
- Staffing or recruiting
- Consulting
- Professional services
- Agencies or managed services
- Technology services
- High-ticket B2B offerings
You should have:
- Deep Google Ads expertise
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution
- Experience connecting paid media performance to CRM, pipeline, and revenue data
- Strong landing page and conversion rate optimization instincts
- Excellent analytical skills
- The ability to evaluate the entire acquisition funnel, not just advertising metrics
- Strong business judgment around CAC, pipeline, and revenue
- The confidence to challenge assumptions and recommend changes beyond the ad account

What We Do Not Want
We are not looking for someone whose experience is primarily:
- E-commerce
- Consumer advertising
- Meta Ads
- High-volume, low-ticket lead generation
- Managing dozens of accounts at an agency with minimal involvement in each
We are also not looking for someone focused primarily on impressions, clicks, or cost per lead.
The goal is qualified pipeline and revenue.

What Great Looks Like
A great person in this role should be able to look at our campaigns, website, positioning, conversion tracking, and funnel and quickly identify where we are wasting money, where opportunities exist, and what we should test next.
You should think like an owner, not someone waiting for instructions on which campaign to launch.
You should be comfortable telling us when an ad is the problem, when the landing page is the problem, when the offer is the problem, and when the entire campaign should be shut down.
