Fractional Growth & Performance Marketer (PPC-First)
Part-time | Remote (UK focus)

DocSelect is a UK healthcare platform helping patients book GP appointments via home visits or video consultations. We’re early-stage, founder-led, and currently have no in-house marketing — this role builds it from scratch.

This is a hands-on performance role, not brand or content-only.

What you’ll do

• Own and run PPC campaigns:
  • Google Ads (Search, Maps, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
• Build campaigns end-to-end:
  • Keyword research (local, high-intent)
  • Campaign structure, budgets, ad copy
  • Conversion tracking (GA4 / GTM)
• Actively manage spend and control CPA
• Optimise weekly (search terms, negatives, bids, creatives)
• Work closely with founders to:
  • Improve funnels and landing pages
  • Reduce user drop-off and confusion

This role is for you if:

• You’ve personally managed Google Ads accounts
• You’re comfortable being the only marketer
• You care about results, not vanity metrics
• You can explain performance clearly to non-marketers

• Local / services-based PPC
• GA4 / GTM experience
• UK market familiarity

• 2–3 days per week
• Fully remote
• Month-to-month to start
