Wildkin is an established children’s lifestyle brand with strong retail and ecommerce presence through our national retail partners. We are now focused on building a high-performing direct-to-consumer channel to complement our Amazon, Target, Walmart, and wholesale businesses.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Fractional Growth Lead to help scale wildkin.com from its current early stage toward $1M+ in 2026 and $5M+ in 2027. This is a remote, global, part-time role (15–20 hours per week).
Role Overview
You will own the day-to-day DTC growth engine: acquisition, CRO, merchandising, creative testing, analytics, and weekly execution planning. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution.
You will work alongside:
• A part-time operator (Shopify + CRO + execution support)
• A designer (creative assets and brand visuals)
• An admin/operations coordinator
• External UGC creators and video editors
Your responsibility is to provide direction, prioritization, and weekly clarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead Meta acquisition, including creative iteration, testing structure, audience setup, and performance optimization
- Support TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop (optional but helpful)
- Direct UGC creators and editors; build weekly creative testing plans
- Oversee CRO improvements using PageFly/Replo, including PDP optimization, landing-page builds, and checkout enhancements
- Develop and implement merchandising strategy: bundles, pattern-based collections, pricing tests, promotions, exclusive SKUs, and seasonal offers
- Produce weekly analytics and reporting (MER, CAC, AOV, CVR, ROAS, contribution margin) with recommendations and next steps
- Build email/SMS campaigns and flows inside Privy/Emotive (with option to migrate platforms when contracts allow)
- Align weekly execution across creative, CRO, merchandising, and paid social
- Participate in periodic Zoom calls; day-to-day via Slack and email
Requirements
- Hands-on experience running Meta ads for ecommerce brands
- Strong understanding of CRO and Shopify (PageFly, Replo, Zipify, or similar tools)
- Ability to direct UGC creators and edit briefs for performance content
- Experience improving AOV and conversion through merchandising, bundles, cross-sells, and pattern-driven navigation
- Comfortable owning DTC KPIs and forecasting
- Experience with email/SMS tools preferred
- Able to work independently, move quickly, and communicate clearly

Compensation
Part-time, fractional.
15–20 hours per week to start.
