TrustThink is seeking a fractional growth executive to help expand our transportation business through strategic customer engagement, partnerships, market insight, and opportunity development.
TrustThink provides cybersecurity engineering and assurance services for complex transportation technologies, including connected infrastructure, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), V2X, digital roadway systems, AI-enabled transportation applications, autonomous platforms, and uncrewed system security. We support public agencies, operators, OEMs, integrators, and technology providers with cybersecurity strategy, standards alignment, system assurance, secure deployment planning, and independent security assessment.

Responsibilities
- Advise TrustThink leadership on transportation market strategy, positioning, and growth priorities.
- Identify and facilitate introductions to prospective customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Help develop and refine target account and partnership strategies.
- Provide insight into emerging transportation initiatives, funding priorities, and market trends.
- Participate in selected customer and partner meetings.
- Help qualify and shape opportunities where TrustThink's capabilities are well aligned.
- Advise on teaming strategies, strategic partnerships, and industry engagement activities.
- Recommend where TrustThink should invest time and resources to maximize growth.

Ideal Candidate
- Has successfully grown business or led strategic initiatives within transportation, infrastructure, mobility, intelligent transportation systems, consulting, or public-sector technology markets.
- Maintains credible relationships across transportation agencies, transportation associations, engineering firms, integrators, consultants, or technology providers.
- Understands how transportation programs are funded, planned, and procured.
- Can open doors and facilitate executive-level conversations.
- Understands how opportunities are shaped before formal procurements are released.
- Has experience building partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Brings sound judgment regarding opportunity qualification and market focus.
- Can serve as a trusted advisor and representative of TrustThink within the transportation community.

Engagement Model
This is a fractional advisory and growth role beginning with a 90-day pilot. Expected level of effort is approximately 10–25 hours per month.
The initial pilot will focus on:
- Developing a transportation account and partner strategy
- Identifying high-value customer and partner relationships
- Facilitating targeted introductions and discussions
- Providing market intelligence and growth recommendations
- Recommending a 6–12 month transportation growth plan
Compensation may include performance-based incentives tied to revenue generation.
