Role Description
We are expanding our campus combining traditional counseling, structured group programming (IOP-style), and equine-assisted services. We are at an inflection point and are seeking a hands-on operator to build and manage ou growth and admissions system.
This is NOT a social media or content-only role.
We are seeking a Fractional Growth & Admissions Operator to:
- Build and manage our admissions pipeline
- Improve conversion from lead → intake → admission
- Develop and execute a referral and outreach strategy
- Optimize our website and landing pages for conversion
- Implement CRM systems, automation, and follow-up workflows
- Track and report on key growth metrics weekly
This is a hands-on execution role, not just strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Conversion
- Design and manage admissions workflow
- Develop intake scripts and follow-up systems
- Reduce no-shows and improve scheduling rates
Growth Systems
- Implement CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel CRM or similar)
- Build automated follow-up (text/email)
- Create lead tracking and reporting
Referral Development
Build relationships with:
- Therapists
- Psychiatrists
- Schools
- Healthcare providers
- Develop a repeatable outreach system
Marketing Oversight
- Guide messaging and positioning
- Ensure alignment across website, email, and social
- Focus on conversion—not vanity metrics
Ideal Background
We are looking for someone who has experience in:
- Behavioral health, healthcare, or telehealth
- Admissions, patient acquisition, or growth roles
- Building funnels, CRM systems, and conversion workflows
Strong candidates may have titles such as:
- Admissions Director (IOP / PHP / Behavioral Health)
- Director of Growth (Healthcare / Services)
- Practice Manager with growth experience
What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
- CRM and admissions pipeline fully operational
- Clear lead tracking and follow-up system in place
- Increase in scheduled intakes and admissions
- Active referral outreach system running
Compensation
- Compensation includes a monthly retainer plus performance-based incentives tied to admissions and patient engagement. Strong upside for the right operator.
Flexible structure for the right candidate.
Structure
- Fractional / Part-time (10–20 hours per week to start)
