The journey to scale continues. We’re building the next generation of a Global IT Consulting Services provider. After closing [$X] in early revenue and securing our first enterprise clients, we’re scaling our GTM engine—and need a fractional CMO to partner with our CEO, technical team, and new VP of Business Development to build and execute a plan that gets our story in front of businesses seeking to leverage technology solutions to drive their growth.
You’ll Own
- GTM Strategy: Refine our messaging, pricing, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in collaboration with the sales team.
- Pipeline Fuel: Design low-CAC demand gen (think: ABM, technical content, partnerships).
- Sales Enablement: Build battlecards, case studies, and tools for our VP of Sales.
- Metrics That Matter: Track and optimize CAC, LTV, and lead-to-close rates.
You're a Fit if You've
- Scaled early-stage tech startups (bonus: cloud infra/devtools experience)
- Operate full-funnel - from brand to revenue ops
- Prefer “scrappy” over “shiny” (e.g., leveraged communities, SEO, sales loop.
- Collaborate ruthlessly** with sales and product teams (no silos).
