Description: We provide software and managed services to behavioral healthcare clinics, helping them run their businesses more efficiently.
Stage & proof points:
- $5MM revenue
- A team of 10
The Work
Problem: Our site visitor conversion rate is low, and our general messaging is outdated as we move up-market.
Specifically, you'll:
- Set our holistic digital marketing strategy
- Diagnose and fix the leaks in our demo funnel, starting with our website and conversion pages
- Sharpen our product marketing and messaging as we start targeting bigger behavioral healthcare clinics
- Oversee and coach our full time marketing manager
- Manage our outside SEO agency
- Explore new channels for us, like paid media and webinars
- Work closely with our CEO, and Fractional Head of Sales (also hired through Fractional Jobs)
About You
You MUST have:
- Led Marketing for other early-stage B2B SaaS startups
- B2B healthcare marketing experience specifically
- A generalist digital marketing skillset, but you must:
- be an expert in conversion rate optimization
- have significant product marketing experience
- Can be based anywhere, but must offer significant overlap with EST hours
