About StaffAI
StaffAI has pioneered the world’s first 1099 “AI employee” that acts like a traditional inside sales rep (ISR). With only a remote desktop, a phone number and an email, our AI ISR has been able to onboard just like their human counterparts (no API required) and outperform peers in lead generation, qualification and even signed contracts.
With our unique staffing model, we are bringing the benefits of AI productivity to the 350,000 mid-market enterprises that would rather hire labor than integrate an API based technology solutions. Our current customers concentrate in field services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other trades).
With an early cohort of happy customers, we are now looking for a marketing leader to help distribute our story.
Role
We're looking for a fractional Marketing Manager (10-20 hours/week) who will primarily orchestrate campaigns inside our distribution channels. The role will entail the following.
1. Channel Management
Orchestrate campaigns inside our distribution channels
As an example, we run a monthly webinar in partnership with the Alliance of CEOs title “How CEOs are using AI” where we showcase how a guest speaker CEO is adopting AI. You would be responsible for brainstorming topics for upcoming webinars, identifying relevant CEO speakers and preparing Q&A that the StaffAI CEO will use when moderating the session.
2. Acquire new channels
We have been running the Alliance series for 2 years and have established an engaged audience. We are now looking to expand into similar channels. You would be responsible for engaging with these channel organizers to secure speaking spots for the StaffAI CEO. Examples include: CEO Roundtable, Vistage, and The CEO AI Podcast.
3. Referral Enablement
We have a network of highly engaged advocates that we need to nurture and keep up-to-date so that we are top of mind as referral opportunities present themselves. You will be responsible for directing our design team as to what materials are needed to enable our referral network to conduct seamless outreach, as well as engaging our referral network in regular intervals to keep engaged.
4. Social Media Management
Create social calendar
Drive attendance to webinars
Ensuring positive brand presence for each channel
5.Copywriting
We have developed detailed UVP and brand guideline documents. Your job will be to make sure our messaging is consistent across each digital touchpoint including:
Website / Landing Pages
Testimonials
LinkedIn Ads
Email copy
Ideal Candidate
B2B marketing experience with a channel or partner focus — you've run campaigns through third-party audiences before and know how to work with channel organizers, not just own your own stage
Comfortable in the executive space — you can identify, engage, and prep C-suite speakers and know how to communicate credibly with a CEO audience
A strong project manager at heart — you naturally build calendars, own deadlines, and keep multiple workstreams moving without needing close oversight
AI-curious or AI-native — you don't need to be a technical expert, but you're genuinely enthusiastic about the AI narrative and can speak to it fluently with a skeptical SMB audience
Entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity — StaffAI is early-stage, and this role will require building structure where little exists; you thrive in that environment rather than waiting for a playbook
Requirements
10-20 hours per week
