Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for the position of Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales teams, overseeing account management activities, optimizing sales operations, building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving business development initiatives. This role also involves setting strategic sales goals and working cross-functionally with leadership to align sales activities with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development with a strong ability to generate new opportunities and cultivate relationships.
  • Experience in Sales Management, including building, leading, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations processes, leveraging tools and data to optimize efficiencies and drive results.
  • Demonstrated ability in Account Management to nurture long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with the ability to align sales strategies to organizational goals.
  • Experience in government-focused industries or GovTech is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools or SaaS solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
