Fractional VP of Sales (Staffing – Software, IT, Cybersecurity, Finance)
Remote (U.S.) | Part-Time | Help Us Scale
We’re a specialized staffing firm placing contract talent in software, IT, cybersecurity, and finance roles for small and mid-sized U.S. businesses.
We’re looking for a Fractional VP of Sales to help us go from founder-led selling to a scalable, high-performance sales engine.
Your Mission
- Shape Sales Strategy – Define our outbound and client acquisition game plan
- Hire & Coach BDRs – Interview, onboard, and coach 1–2 high-performing reps
- Drive New Revenue – Support key client outreach, help close business, and refine messaging
- Expand Key Accounts – Work directly with leadership to grow a major existing client relationship
- Tighten Operations – Improve CRM usage, pipeline reporting, and sales processes
What You Bring
- 7+ years of B2B sales leadership, ideally in staffing or professional services
- Proven success hiring and mentoring BDRs
- Fluent in cold outreach, messaging strategy, and SMB sales cycles
- Hands-on and comfortable working with small, fast-moving teams
- Strategic thinker with a bias for execution
