Role Description
This is a remote contract position for a Fractional Sales Lead specializing in AP Automation for the Real Estate & Construction sector. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their automation needs.
The Sales Lead will manage sales cycles, deliver training sessions, oversee account strategies, and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to support client success. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that solutions meet client expectations and business objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of driving conversions and exceeding sales targets
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and internal teams professionally and responsively
- Experience in delivering Training and presentations to customers and team members
- Knowledge of the Real Estate and Construction industry and AP Automation solutions is highly preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not required
