As a Fractional Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in driving impactful enablement programs, managing high-visibility events, and ensuring sales teams are equipped to perform at their best.

What will you be responsible for?

Co-Lead & Deliver the 2026 Revenue Kickoff (RKO)

  • You will partner with GTM leadership to design and deliver a high-impact annual kickoff (early February 2026).
  • You will oversee agenda planning, speaker preparation, and session content development.
  • You will manage logistics, communications, dry runs, and post-event follow-up activities.

Own Ongoing Sales Enablement Programs

  • You will drive monthly enablement topics and priorities with GTM leaders.
  • You will project manage the production of self-paced learning modules (~8 per quarter).
  • You will review, QA, and facilitate or deliver engaging virtual training sessions.
  • You will assign and track learning through Showpad ‘Coach’ and deliver monthly enablement reports.

Co-Lead “Pipeline Generation (PG) Tuesdays”

  • You will host or co-lead weekly US and EMEA PG Day calls.
  • You will share updates, celebrate wins, and communicate key metrics to leadership.
  • You will recognize top performers with monthly and quarterly awards.

Support Onboarding & Content Management

  • You will partner with RevOps and Sales Leadership to ensure smooth onboarding for Sales and BDR new hires.
  • You will support Showpad content management and collaborate with internal administrators.

Reporting & Communication

  • Weekly updates to direct manager.
  • Bi-weekly GTM leadership updates.
  • Monthly enablement reporting.
  • Weekly updates in global enablement Slack channel.

What do we require?

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Training, or Program Management.
  • Proven success planning and executing large-scale sales events (like RKOs).
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Confident facilitating sessions with leadership and sales teams.
  • Familiarity with Showpad, or similar enablement tools (CMS & LMS
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through.

You’ll step into a visible, high-impact role that keeps our global sales teams aligned, informed, and inspired. You’ll collaborate with an exceptional GTM leadership team while enjoying flexibility as a part-time contractor.
