At Front Row, we partner with leading brands to accelerate their ecommerce growth. Leveraging our capabilities and proprietary technology, we design, market, distribute, and scale brands globally.

We cultivate deep expertise across every discipline, sharing knowledge and data to drive efficiency and performance. Our mission: to expand each brand's market share and heart share — because every transaction has the potential to be transformational.

Role Overview:

A fractional project manager at this level leads the end-to-end implementation, UAT, pilot group and rollout of SaaS platforms for cross-functional teams. They bring structured methodology to vendor coordination, stakeholder alignment, change management, and user adoption, ensuring the platform launches on time, within scope, and with measurable adoption across all target teams.

This role is scoped specifically around the implementation and global rollout of Highspot as Front Row Group's content management and sales enablement platform, serving Marketplace Partnerships (MP), DMS US, and DMS EU go-to-market teams.

Scope of Engagement

Phase 1

  • Lead platform configuration including workspace architecture, permissions, content taxonomy, and integrations (CRM, HRIS, email, analytics)
  • Define content governance framework: naming conventions, tagging structure, content lifecycle rules, and ownership by division
  • Coordinate with Highspot account team on technical setup, individual and group level permissions, and API configuration
  • Build and manage the implementation project plan with milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder checkpoints
  • Develop and execute UAT plan across MP, DMS US, and DMS EU teams to validate workflows before launch
  • Identify and train division-level Highspot champions to support adoption within their teams
  • Create user documentation, quick-start guides, and training materials tailored to each GTM team's workflow

Phase 1B

  • Launch a 3-week pilot with a cross-functional group of users from MP, DMS US, and DMS EU to validate platform configuration, workflows, and content structure in a live environment
  • Collect structured feedback from pilot participants on usability, content findability, and workflow fit to inform final adjustments before full rollout
  • Use pilot results to refine training materials, identify division-specific needs, and build internal advocacy ahead of the broader launch

Phase 2

  • Execute phased rollout across MP, DMS US, and DMS EU with division-specific onboarding sessions
  • Monitor adoption metrics (logins, content usage, pitch activity) and flag adoption gaps early
  • Run office hours, refresher sessions, and feedback loops during the first 15 days post-launch
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to connect Highspot workflows to existing sales processes and training
  • Deliver a post-launch readout with adoption data, recommendations for optimization, and transition plan to internal ownership

Other Responsibilities

  • Own the full implementation project plan from kickoff through post-launch stabilization
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Front Row and Highspot's implementation team
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment across Revenue Enablement, Sales, Marketing, and IT/Ops
  • Design and manage UAT cycles, defect tracking, and go/no-go decision gates
  • Build change management and communication plans to drive awareness and readiness
  • Develop and deliver role-specific training for end users across all three GTM divisions
  • Track and report on implementation milestones, risks, and adoption KPIs to leadership
  • Document all processes, configurations, and admin workflows for long-term internal ownership

Rate: $55 - $85 per hour

Working model: 15 hours per week

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years managing SaaS platform implementations (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, or similar enablement/CMS platforms required)
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional rollouts for global or multi-division organizations
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement workflows, content management, and CRM integrations
  • Experience designing and executing UAT plans, training programs, and change management strategies
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and able to translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with content governance, taxonomy design, and analytics/reporting within enablement platforms
