We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager in a fractional role who can identify, negotiate, and secure high‑value partnerships that expand charger supply, drive revenue, and grow our user base across key industries.

What You’ll Do
Partnership Strategy & Market Development
- Identify high‑value partnership opportunities across EV charging, hospitality, mobility, real estate, and related sectors.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners.
- Prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential, charger supply growth, and user acquisition impact.
- Develop partnership frameworks, pricing models, and revenue‑sharing structures.
Partnership Acquisition & Negotiation
- Lead outreach, pitch meetings, and negotiations with prospective partners.
- Draft proposals, MOUs, and agreements in collaboration with leadership and legal.
- Secure partnerships that enable:
- Charger listings on the Chargerzilla platform
- Revenue‑sharing agreements
- Co‑marketing and user acquisition campaigns
- Exclusive or semi‑exclusive charging access deals
- Manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to signed agreement.
Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Coordinate onboarding of partner chargers, locations, or fleets.
- Ensure partners understand operational requirements, pricing, and revenue models.
- Maintain strong relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Identify upsell opportunities (analytics, premium placement, enterprise features).
Revenue & User Growth
- Drive revenue through charger rentals, enterprise partnerships, co‑branded programs, and API integrations.
- Grow the user base by partnering with organizations with large EV‑driving audiences.
- Launch co‑marketing campaigns that increase awareness and recurring usage.
- Track KPIs including chargers added, revenue per partnership, user acquisition, and partner retention.
What Success Looks Like
- New high‑value partnerships signed
- Monthly recurring revenue from partnerships
- User acquisition driven by partner channels
- Strong partner satisfaction and renewal rates
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, mobility, sustainability, real estate, hospitality, or related fields
- Proven ability to close deals and manage complex partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced startup environment
- Passion for EVs, clean tech, or sustainable mobility (a plus)
