About Us
Peeple is an early-stage, founder-led technology company building a large-scale consumer platform in the media and culture space. Product vision, brand, and UX are already well developed, with top-tier external design partners engaged. The founders are serial entrepreneurs who have started, built, and exited $1B+ public companies.
We are engaging a Project-Based ARPU & Monetization Architect at the VP/CRO level to architect and validate the company’s complete revenue framework prior to institutional fundraising.
This is a strategic monetization architecture mandate — not an execution or channel-optimization role.
The Assignment
You will work directly with the Founders to design and pressure-test a full-stack revenue model across:
- Advertising yield architecture (direct + programmatic)
- Affiliate & contextual commerce
- Enterprise / B2B SaaS overlays
- Cohort-based ARPU and LTV modeling
- Multi-scenario financial architecture (Bear / Base / Bull)
- Sensitivity analysis suitable for institutional diligence
The outcome must be defensible in front of sophisticated capital allocators.
This Role Is for You If:
- Held VP Revenue, CRO, GM, or equivalent P&L ownership
- Built or scaled a monetization engine from pre-revenue to $25M+ ARR
- Owned ARPU as a core KPI
- Architected hybrid revenue models (ads + subscription + commerce)
- Modeled LTV/CAC frameworks tied to capital deployment decisions
- Presented revenue forecasts to boards and institutional investors
- Experience at scaled consumer platforms, UGC ecosystems, marketplaces, or media-tech companies is highly relevant. So is hands-on experience as a VC.
If you have not owned P&L or enterprise-level revenue strategy, this role is not a fit.

We are looking for a revenue architect who understands how to design scalable consumer economics, and separate aspirational projections from a capital-marketable reality.
