Rent Recovery Solutions helps landlords and property managers recover unpaid rent and fees from former tenants in a professional, compliant, and respectful way. We’re building a small, focused team and need a part‑time growth leader to help us find and win new creditor clients (not to collect from tenants).

Role Overview

We’re looking for a fractional business development and marketing consultant who can design and execute our client‑acquisition strategy. You’ll be the architect of how we attract, nurture, and close new landlord and property‑management clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft clear messaging and offers for Rent Recovery Solutions that resonate with those audiences.
  • Design and run outbound and inbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, basic ads, and simple landing pages/forms).
  • Set up and optimize Zoho CRM: pipelines, fields, workflows, tasks, and reporting for the sales process.
  • Build and document simple sales playbooks: outreach cadences, email templates, call scripts, and follow‑up processes.
  • Track and report on key metrics (leads, opportunities, conversions, value of new client contracts).
  • Advise on the tools stack (Zoho apps and light add‑ons) to keep everything lean and manageable for a small team.
  • Work directly with the owners/founders to prioritize opportunities and refine strategy based on results.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in B2B business development / growth / marketing for services (bonus: property management, collections, legal, or financial services).
  • Hands‑on experience implementing and running campaigns in a CRM (strong preference for Zoho).
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution: you can design a plan and then write the outreach sequence or build the workflow yourself.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead gen, and nurturing for high‑trust B2B services.
  • Able to work independently with light direction and present clear, simple reporting to leadership.
  • Familiarity with regulatory/sensitivity issues around collections is a plus (but not required as long as you can learn quickly).
