About Us
We build custom voice AI agents for home and commercial service companies, helping businesses like plumbers and HVAC providers automate customer calls and appointment bookings.
We sell directly to PE-backed aggregators of these home services businesses.
About the Work
The PE-backed service aggregator market is small, and we want stronger access to the right buyers. We're looking for a Fractional Sales Leader who can use their knowledge of the industry to help us build the right pipeline and drive adoption.
Specifically, you'll:
- Leverage your network to secure introductions to PE-backed home and commercial service aggregators
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for both large aggregators and smaller PE-backed firms
- Which aggregators should we be going after, and in which order?
- Run direct outreach to set up initial meetings
- Collaborate with another Fractional Sales Leader doing all the same as above
- Work alongside our founders to drive deals to close
Sales stats:
- $250K - $500K deal sizes for the small aggregators, and $1M - $5M for the large ones
- 3 - 6 month sales cycle
The right Fractional Sales Leader can dedicate around 10 hours per week to us, with a monthly retainer of $5K + up to 10% commission per deal
About You
You MUST have:
- Significant experience selling into PE-backed home and commercial services aggregators
- Some direct relationships with decision makers at these aggregators, and you're open to leveraging these relationships
- Experience closing $1M+ deals
- Direct experience working within the ServiceTitan ecosystem
- Based in the USA only
