Role Description
The Operations Manager role at Everforth is a part-time, remote position focused on ensuring smooth and efficient business operations across teams and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating workflows, monitoring operational performance, and supporting process improvements that align with company standards and client commitments. This role oversees resource allocation, helps manage timelines and deliverables, and identifies risks or bottlenecks, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues. The Operations Manager also contributes to documentation of procedures, reporting on operational metrics, and continuous optimization of tools and practices to enhance productivity in a distributed work environment.

Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, business administration, or project coordination, preferably within technology, consulting, or digital engineering environments.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote, part-time setting.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., project management platforms, CRM systems, and communication tools) and comfort working with data-driven reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and build constructive relationships with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and implementing operational best practices.
- High level of accountability, attention to detail, and adaptability to support clients and teams in a fast-changing, technology-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Experience in environments focused on AI, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital engineering is a plus, along with familiarity with federal or commercial client operations.
