About The Job
We’re looking for a fractional or part-time Integrator to join a fast-growing, founder-led mental health practice as a strategic operations partner.
You’ll drive traction using the EOS framework, help align and lead a high-capacity leadership team, and implement systems that support legal, financial, and operational stability. This is a hybrid position with periodic in-person meetings required in Houston, TX.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and maintain EOS systems: L10s, rocks, scorecards, accountability charts
- Align leadership across priorities, timelines, and execution
- Hold team members accountable in a clear, professional, and non-punitive way
- Clarify roles and reduce bottlenecks across departments
- Strengthen systems across operations, HR, and client delivery
- Protect legal and financial interests with sound oversight
- Lead special projects including AI implementation and automation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a fractional COO, Integrator, Chief of Staff, or strategic operator in a service-based or founder-led company
- Deep knowledge of the EOS/Traction model
- Proven ability to build systems and drive accountability
- Skilled at working with strong personalities in fast-moving environments
- Extremely organized, operationally sharp, and detail-oriented
- Experience with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, etc.
- Comfortable working hybrid, with in-person time in Houston periodically
Role Details
- Fractional or part-time contract with flexible hours
- $3K–$8K/month depending on scope and experience
- Strong potential for long-term partnership if it’s a mutual fit
